Telling Our Tales

Suitable from Pregnancy onwards.

Becoming a mother brings huge changes to all women’s lives. This 8-session course gives new mothers a chance to share their experiences in a small and supportive group whilst also unleashing their creativity! We use journaling tools (like writing and collage) and discussion to explore both the transformative and the challenging aspects of motherhood.

"Overcoming the physical trauma of birthing a child is one thing, but the daily mental challenges of adapting to your new life, without stuffing it all up, is a mission to say the least. Telling Our Tales has provided a safe space every week for us to bond and grow and heal through our shared experiences.”
