Mammas offers a range of groups and classes for you and your baby at all ages and stages. We have Drop-in groups, Antenatal Classes, Baby courses, Toddler courses and support for your Emotional Wellbeing.

Mammas Baby Café groups are places to chat to other mums and get support with a range of topics such as sleep, feeding and weaning. One to one support with breastfeeding is available at all our Baby Cafés. These are Drop In groups - you do not need to book to attend - just turn up. 
Our free Antenatal Course  is on Zoom each month, and includes four sessions, with a focus on preparing for breastfeeding

Baby Massage is suitable for babies from birth to crawling and is a great way to bond with your baby and make new friends.

Baby Yoga is suitable for you and your baby from 6 weeks post-partum and gets you gently moving together.

Big Cook Little Cook  classes are a fun way to learn to cook with your toddler.
