Eyres Monsell Children's Centre, Hillsborough Rd, LE2 9PT

We have been lucky enough to get funding for additional programmes for anyone who lives in Eyres Monsell, Saffron Lane or Aylestone. We can now support you from bump to baby. For information on any of the courses contact Lyndsay on 07341621804. You can book all of our courses and they are FREE! 

Baby Cafe

Drop in on a Friday to Eyres Monsell for breastfeeding support, a cup of tea or a chat with other mums. Lyndsay and the peer support team are here to welcome you each week from 11.00 to 12.30pm. Find out more here. 

Baby Massage

Spend some time learning how to massage your baby. It's great for bonding, fun and relaxing. Each course lasts for 5 weeks. Course dates: ​​ 

• Thursday 5th September 2024, 10.00 - 11.30am
• Thursday 14th November 2024, 10.00 - 11.30am 
• Thursday 27th February 2025, 10.00 - 11.30am

Big Cook Little Cook

Learn to cook with your toddler in this 5 week course. Have fun together as you make healthy meals. Our next course is:

• Tuesdays from 17th September 2024, 1.00 - 2.30pm
• Tuesdays from 4th March 2025, 1.00 - 2.30pm

In Mammas Kitchen

Natasha will show you how to cook healthy family recipes and you get to take a bag of ingredients home so you can make them again too. The next 5 week course begins:

Baby Yoga

Join Lyndsay for 5 weeks of Baby Yoga. This is suitable for babies from about 6 weeks old and includes gentle exercise for mum and baby. Next course coming when we get funding.
